Harina Ramlee

Harina Ramlee, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), brings over 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, primarily with TotalEnergies. 

Her expertise spans management areas such as people development, leadership, change management, diversity, and inclusion. In 2016, she became the first local Corporate Services Manager at TotalEnergies Brunei. 

Outside of work, she enjoys nurturing her daughters' musical talents in piano, cello, and violin. Harina is passionate about youth development, particularly through music, aiming to sustainably support platforms like the Brunei Youth Symphony (BYS). This initiative not only cultivates young musicians for professional orchestras but also enhances their teamwork, leadership, and academic skills, contributing to Brunei's musical community outreach.
